Custom Wooden Spars

I now offer custom wooden spars built to your or your designer's specifications. I feel the best spars are built with Sitka spruce and WEST SYSTEM ® epoxy. Western red cedar and Douglas fir are also available. I can build spars in many different styles and cross sections-  round, square, octagonal, solid or hollow.  Finish can be Petit Flagship® varnish or any color Interlux® or other high quality marine paint. I can also supply bronze hardware including  goosenecks, blocks, and cleats.

Contact me about building or repairing your mast, boom, gaff, spinnaker pole, flagpole, or any other wooden accessories you may need. Lengths to about 25 feet can be delivered or shipped without too much trouble, contact me to discuss options for larger sizes.
