Bluejacket Boats
A relatively new family of boats, the Bluejacket designs came to my attention at a recent boat show in Georgetown SC, where I also met their designer Tom Lathrop. They are designed to plane at low speeds with modern, economical outboard motors. They provide good sea keeping abilities, classic good looks, full headroom, enclosed head, and are trailerable to minimize cost of ownership. Bluejacket boats are available in 20-28 foot versions.
