Welcome to Schleiff Boatworks. As an independent Boatbuilder and Woodworker, I have access to designs from many designers and I can assist you in finding the design that meets your dreams and budget. Because each boat or piece of furniture is built one at a time in a small one man shop, each is unique, custom, and made to fulfill your dreams. Whether you are in the market for a bare hull to finish yourself , a complete boat delivered to your dock, or a reproduction of an antique piece of furniture, I look forward to working with you soon.

Current Project

I am attending the North Bennet Street School in Boston's historic North End. I am learning more about craftsmanship, wood technology, and both historic and modern design and proportion. I am also enjoying living in the city and making lots of connections with fellow craftspeople.  I am accepting furniture commisions while I am in school. Give me a call if you have a project in mind.
